To use, plug in the Roti Maker and wait 3-5 minutes for it to reach the optimal baking temperature (indicated by the green light). Always preheat properly before baking the rotis.

Make dough pieces around 1-inch in diameter, slightly flatten them, and place off-center on the lower cooking plate. Quickly close the upper plate, press down for less than a second, then open immediately. Center the roti and let it bake for 15-20 seconds, then flip and bake for another 10-15 seconds.

After 10-15 seconds, air bubbles will appear on the top - gently close the Roti Maker, and the roti will become fluffy, indicating it's done. Never use metal utensils, as they can damage the non-stick surface.

Disconnect and let the appliance cool before wiping the cooking plates with a damp cloth, followed by a dry one. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth, avoiding abrasive materials. This Roti Maker should never be immersed in water or put in the dishwasher.
